Diana
Brock Makes serves as the Principal of The
Efficiency Experts.
With over
thirty years of business experience, Diana has worked in many small
companies as executive secretary,
administrative assistant, financial controller, office manager, HR director, marketing and sales administrator, and
corporate consultant. Diana was also instrumental in a successful Initial Public Offering
(IPO) in
Sacramento, California. It is apparent that her background has
involved all aspects of a small business!
When Diana started The Efficiency Experts in 1997, she organized small
businesses in Sacramento, CA. Enjoying the early excitement of the
Internet, she also taught herself website design and designed and created several award winning web sites.
In 1999, she became a
Certified
QuickBooks ProAdvisor, and then moved to Sahuarita in 2000 (located in
Southern Arizona, just south of Tucson). She received her Advanced
QuickBooks ProAdvisor Certification in 2007. Her focus is now clearly aimed at
helping small businesses utilize the appropriate QuickBooks Pro, Premier, Enterprise,
or Online QuickBooks product to work flawlessly within each client's business.
Diana has a diverse and wide-spread client base, due to her ability to
work remotely with clients anywhere in the USA. All that a client
needs is high-speed Internet, a phone, and the desire to learn QuickBooks!

Dennis
J. Makes serves as the InfoTech Manager for The
Efficiency Experts.
His University Degree brings a background in digital
technology, video imaging, cinematography and medical photography.
In 1983, Dennis co-founded Ophthalmic Imaging Systems (OIS) in Sacramento,
California, where he led the company into developing numerous leading
edge computer imaging products in the medical field. In May of 1992,
Dennis launched a profitable Initial Public Offering on the NASDAQ market,
and his company was later awarded its first patent for the Glaucomascope,
a diagnostic imaging system. From 1993 to 1998, Dennis expanded OIS' global
presence as Executive Vice President of International Business
Development.
Since 1998, Dennis has consulted with
various domestic and international clients in the area of information
technology, business development, computer hardware and software
procurement, network deployment, and Internet strategy.
